5/. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:

AVOJDM.com makes every attempt to be as accurate as possible with the products displayed on our website. However, AVOJDM.com does not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Therefore we will not accept any liability or claim arising as the result of misinterpretation either written or visual for orders placed on this site further we are not responsible for manufacturers changes in design, color, or materials of parts or products available on this site.

6/. PRICING:

All products on AVOJDM.com are priced in Japanese Yen (JPY) as the base currency, any prices shown in other currencies are determined by a live exchange rate conversion system that changes automatically , we are not responsible for changes in displayed pricing in currencies other than the base currency (JPY) and customers should be aware that any prices shown in other currencies can change at any time and without prior notice.

”Price" as stated on the website means the suggested retail price of a product, despite our best efforts, there may be products that are mispriced. If the correct price of a product sold on AVOJDM.com is higher than the stated price, we will, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We retain the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and or availability of any and all parts and products offered on AVOJDM.com at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

7/. ORDERING:

We retain the right at our sole discretion to cancel or amend any order placed with us. Orders placed on this site will not be released for shipping under any circumstances until such time as payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping address appears to be a clearance centre or other such transit address that is not the final destination of the parts ordered.

Requests for cancellation of orders placed on this web site prior to the order being shipped may incur a 20% cancelation fee, any refund offered will not include any third party payment transaction fees, no cancelations will be accepted after the order is packed and has had a shipping label printed.

Orders placed on this site will be fulfilled by the shipping methods described on the Shipping information page.

AVOJDM.com are not responsible for any destination charges, such as but not limited to, import duties and or taxes incurred into any country. By ordering from this site you as the buyer understand and agree that any and all import tax charges, duties, brokerage fees, storage fees or any other destination charges howsoever incurred are your sole responsibility as the buyer or importer.

Products shown on this website may be available only in limited quantities or may become unavailable due to situations we have no control over, accordingly we cannot always guarantee the availability of a product to fulfill an order. In the event of such a situation arising we will contact you as soon as possible for instructions.

We do not accept orders from companies or individuals that manufacture pattern or knock-off parts. We do not supply parts to be copied to the detriment of any manufacturer, or any patent or design holder.

8/. RETURNS:

General Return of Goods

All orders placed on our website are final, we do not accept the return of parts ordered unless it can be shown that we have supplied the wrong parts compared to those ordered. In rare situations we may at our sole discretion accept the return of parts ordered but only on a case by case basis. If you have a legitimate reason for wishing to return an item you have ordered be sure to get in touch via email before sending the items back to us as we will not accept returns without prior approval.

Any request for a return must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt ( based on tracking information provided by the carrier ). No parts will be accepted for return after this time. Absolutely no returns will be accepted, credited, or refunded without our prior written authorization.

All returns we agree to accept will be subject to a 25% restocking fee,. All returned items freight costs must be paid by the sender. The original freight costs will not be reimbursed. Only un-used, un-damaged and complete parts will be eligible to be accepted for return.

Incorrect Shipment and or Short Shipment

We must be advised within 72 hours of the Consignees receipt of goods ( based on tracking information provided by the carrier ) that there is an error with the supplied order, either incorrect parts supplied and/or short shipment of the ordered parts. Following such notice and subsequent confirmation of an error we will issue a returns number and make arrangements to uplift the product, and/or request a tracking number for accepted and arranged returns. Absolutely no returns will be accepted, credited, or refunded without our prior written authorization.

Return Exclusions

Brake parts, Electrical Parts, Painted parts, Automotive Glass, "Special Order" and "One-Off" parts, including parts ordered by request which are NOT listed on our website are supplied on a no return / no exception basis.

Any parts that have been fitted or partially fitted or attempted to be fitted onto a vehicle are not eligible to be returned.

Unauthorized Returns

For any parts or orders that are returned without our prior written approval including packages returned as “Unclaimed” and/or “Undeliverable”,“Address Unknown”, “No such Address”, we will make every effort to contact the Consignee, and return freight or postage costs will be requested, In the event no contact is made, or the consignee requests the Item(s) be abandoned, or return freight or postage remains unpaid, the item(s) will be held in storage for 60 days, and thereafter disposed of at our discretion with no further claim or reimbursement recognized.

9/. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Unless explicitly stated on the products webpage all products on this site are genuine parts procured by us direct from the manufacturer or there authorized agent and all such products are designed and manufactured specifically for the Japanese Domestic Market therefore any product warranty offered by the manufacturer is no longer valid when the products are exported out of Japan.

AVOJDM.com will not be responsible or liable for any loss relating to short-shipment or non-delivery of part(s), and/or failure of any part(s) to meet any countries road or race standards, or to suit any particular application whatsoever. Parts are supplied on the understanding that application and liability for use of the parts or products are solely the responsibility of the buyer and or end user.

10/. RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from AVOJDM.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

11/. APPLICABLE LAW:

The current laws of Tokyo, Japan, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AVOJDM.com.
