Shipping & Returns
There are two different shipping options configured on our website to provide automated shipping quotes for online orders, the options that are offered to you during checkout will vary based on your delivery destination and the weight of the order when packed for international shipping.
DHL / FedEx Express Worldwide (Insured and Not Insured options)
This is the premium shipping method for fast delivery with or without insurance. This service is the default shipping option for all orders up to a maximum of 2kg total weight. Typical delivery times for DHL / FedEx Express Worldwide are 3 - 4 days for Asia, 3 - 5 days for Oceania / USA / Canada, 4 - 7 days for Europe, 7 - 10 days for other destinations. This service has tracking information and requires a signature on delivery.
EMS Express International (Insured)
This is the default shipping method for orders that are between 2 kg - 20 kg and includes full insurance. Typical delivery times as stated by Japan Post are 4 - 5 days for Asia, 5 - 7 days for Oceania / USA / Canada / Europe, 14 - 21 days for other destinations. This service has tracking information and requires a signature on delivery. Currently EMS shipping is experiencing delays due to Covid 19 so we may use other shipping methods to fulfill delivery.
We reserve the right to choose the best shipping option for each order regardless of the selection shown on the order.
For some parts on our website the size or weight is outside the limit for the above shipping options therefore no shipping price will be shown automatically during checkout, this does not mean the shipping is free, it means we will contact you via e-mail with an alternate shipping method and price for the order.
EMS Deliveries that require a signature, if your local post office attempt delivery when you are not at the delivery address they will normally leave an attempted delivery card so you can contact your local post office to arrange a suitable time to receive your package.
Be aware that some countries / areas will only hold a package for a short time before marking the package as unclaimed and returning to sender, in the event the package is returned to us you will need to pay shipping costs again to have the package re-sent.
Incorrect Shipment and or Short Shipment
We must be advised within 72 hours of the Consignees receipt of goods ( based on tracking information provided by the carrier ) that there is an error with the supplied order, either incorrect parts supplied and/or short shipment of the ordered parts. Following such notice and subsequent confirmation of an error we will issue a returns number and make arrangements to uplift the product, and/or request a tracking number for accepted and arranged returns. Absolutely no returns will be accepted, credited, or refunded without our prior written authorization.
General Return of Goods
We may at our sole discretion accept the return of parts ordered but only on a case by case basis therefore if you wish to return an item you have ordered be sure to get in touch via email before sending the items back to us.
Any request for a return must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt ( based on tracking information provided by the carrier ). No parts will be accepted for return after this time. Absolutely no returns will be accepted, credited, or refunded without our prior written authorization.
All returns we agree to accept will be subject to a 25% restocking fee,. All returned items freight costs must be paid by the sender. The original freight costs will not be reimbursed. Only un-used, un-damaged and complete parts will be eligible to be accepted for return.
Brake parts, Electrical Parts, Painted parts, Automotive Glass, "Special Order" and "One-Off" parts, including parts ordered by request which are NOT listed on our website are supplied on a no return / no exception basis.
For any parts or orders that are returned without our prior written approval including packages returned as “Unclaimed” and/or “Undeliverable”,“Address Unknown”, “No such Address”, we will make every effort to contact the Consignee, and return freight or postage costs will be requested, In the event no contact is made, or the consignee requests the Item(s) be abandoned, or return freight or postage remains unpaid, the item(s) will be held in storage for 60 days, and thereafter disposed of at our discretion with no further claim or reimbursement recognized.
