Types of Services:

There are three different shipping options configured on this website to provide automated shipping quotes for online orders, the options that are offered to you during checkout will vary based on your delivery destination and the volume weight of the order when packed for international shipping. Not all options are available in all regions.

DHL / FedEx Priority Worldwide (Insured - Signature Required - Verifiable)

This is the premium shipping method for the fastest delivery and with the maximum protection for the buyer.

This service is a default shipping option for all orders up to a maximum of 2kg total weight.

DHL / FedEx Express Worldwide (Not Insured - No Signature - No Recourse)

This is the basic express service with good delivery times but no protection for the buyer.

This service is a default shipping option for all orders up to a maximum of 2kg total weight.

This service has tracking information.

DHL / FedEx delivery times are usually as follows:

2 - 5 days for Asia.

5 - 7 days for Oceania / USA / Canada

4 - 7 days for Europe.

7 - 10 days for other destinations.

From time to time DHL and or FedEx impose certain service restrictions on their Service Areas for various reasons, AVOJDM has no control over any such restriction of service imposed by the shipping companies. If such a situation arrises with an order we will contact you via email to discuss other alternatives.

EMS Express International (Insured - Signature Required - Verifiable)

This is the only shipping method available for orders between 2kg - 20kg offering reasonable delivery times and with the maximum protection for the buyer.

EMS Express Worldwide delivery times are usually as follows:

6 - 7 days for Asia.

7 - 12 days for Oceania / USA / Canada

7 - 14 days for Europe.

14 - 21 days for other destinations.

From time to time EMS impose certain service restrictions on their Service Areas for various reasons, AVOJDM has no control over any such restriction of service imposed by the shipping companies. If such a situation arrises with an order we will contact you via email to discuss other alternatives.

Currently EMS International shipping is experiencing long delays due to air transport limitations so we may at our sole discretion use other shipping methods to fulfill delivery of your order.

Important Points Regarding Shipping:

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to make changes to the shipping method used to fulfill an order regardless of the selection shown on the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping address appears to be a clearance centre or other such transit address that is not the final destination of the parts ordered.

Only physical addresses can be used for delivery, no PO Boxes or FPO or other types of armed forces destinations are accepted.

For some parts on our website the size or weight is outside the limit for the above shipping options therefore no shipping price will be shown automatically during checkout, this does not mean the shipping is free, it means we will contact you via e-mail with an alternate shipping method and price for the order.

Deliveries that require a signature, if the carrier attempted delivery when you are not at the delivery address they will normally leave an attempted delivery card so you can contact them to arrange a suitable time to receive your package. Be aware that some countries / areas / carriers will only hold a package for a short time before marking the package as unclaimed and undeliverable, in the event the package is returned to us you will need to pay shipping costs again to have the package re-sent.
